Motion Design Agency
Motion Design
Motion design is visual design that moves: animated logos and brand elements, kinetic type, animated infographics, social and ad creative. It sits between graphic design and film, taking your brand's visual identity and giving it life, rhythm and personality on every screen where your customers spend their time.
It has become core marketing craft rather than a nice extra. Every feed rewards movement, every platform preferences video, and audiences have learned to scroll past anything still. The question for most businesses is no longer whether to use motion, but whether theirs is made well enough to earn the attention it is asking for.
How We Deliver Motion Design
Short form motion built for the feeds where attention actually lives: animated ad creative, social content, story and reel formats, and the families of cut down versions every modern campaign needs. Because our video advertising team runs what our motion team makes, the creative is shaped by what actually performs in feeds, hooks in the first second, designed for sound off viewing, framed correctly per placement, rather than what merely looks good in a showreel nobody scrolls past.
Find Out MoreEvery project follows a clear path: a proper brief, a script and storyboard you approve before animation starts, design frames that set the look, then animation, sound and delivery. Approving the thinking before the making is what keeps timelines honest and revision rounds calm, because changing a storyboard costs minutes while changing finished animation costs days.
A film for your homepage, a six second bumper ad, a story format and a big event screen are four different jobs, not one file exported four times and hoped for the best. We design for the destination: right lengths, right ratios, captions where sound is off, and versions cut for each platform, so the work performs everywhere it appears, including the social creative it sits beside.

How We Do It
Every project starts with understanding your audience, your goals, and your brand’s story. We provide graphic design services for businesses of every size, combining research, trend analysis, and campaign insight to shape a creative direction, then working in fast, focused feedback loops so you see progress quickly and stay in control of every decision. Nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.
Why Us
Our motion team works in house, next to the people running your paid social, video campaigns and website since 2005. That proximity is the point: motion made inside the team that measures it gets better with every campaign, because we see which hooks hold attention and which get scrolled past, and we feed that straight back into the design. As a Meta Business Partner and Google Premier Partner, we also know each platform's creative requirements before your ads meet their review process. We are honest about production too. Sometimes the right answer is a modest animation of what you already have rather than a new film, and we will say so, because work that suits the job beats work that pads the invoice. You deal directly with the people doing the work, and every recommendation comes with its reasoning.

The Impact
The measures that matter depend on the destination: watch time and completion on explainers, thumb stop and click through on ad creative, engagement on social motion, and conversion where the film carries a call to action. We agree what each piece is for before we design it, and where it runs in campaigns we manage, you see its performance in the same reporting as everything else.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on length, animation style and how much exists already, script, brand assets, voiceover. A simple sixty second explainer and a fully illustrated three minute film are different projects. We scope and agree the cost upfront, and we will tell you honestly where a simpler style would serve the job just as well.
In practice the words overlap and buyers use them interchangeably. Motion design usually means bringing graphic design to life, logos, type, interface and brand elements in movement; animation more often means character and narrative work. We do both, and the right label matters far less than whether the work does its job.
The honest driver is approvals: script and storyboard sign off, then animation, then revisions. Short social motion moves in days; a full explainer takes weeks rather than days. We agree the timeline at briefing and flag anything that would move it, before it moves.
Shorter than most first drafts want to be. Sixty to ninety seconds suits most explainers; attention drops fast beyond that unless the story earns it. Ads and social motion work in seconds, not minutes. We cut to the length the destination rewards, not the length the script happens to reach.
3D generally costs more: modelling, texturing and rendering add real production time. Most marketing jobs are served brilliantly by 2D and motion graphics, and we recommend 3D only where the product or story genuinely needs it, not as a default upgrade.
Animation wins when the subject is abstract, digital or impossible to film, software, services, processes, and when brand consistency matters across many versions. Live action wins for people, places and physical products with texture. Plenty of strong work mixes both. We advise on the job, not the format we happen to sell.
What the video is for, who it is aimed at, and what you want a viewer to do afterwards. Brand assets help; a finished script is welcome but not required, writing it together is often where the message gets sharp. Everything else, storyboard, design, voice, sound, we bring.
Almost everywhere your brand appears: website headers and product pages, paid social and video ads, organic social, email, event screens, presentations and proposals. One well planned piece usually yields a family of cut downs, which is where the cost per use gets genuinely good.
An agreed number at each stage, set out in the scope before we start, with the big shaping decisions made at script and storyboard where changes are cheap. Late structural changes after animation are where budgets suffer, and our process exists to keep you from ever needing them.
Often, because one strong piece works hard in many places for a long time. The trap is over producing: a small business rarely needs a film, it needs clear, branded motion where its audience already looks. Start modest, measure, and scale what earns it.
