Website Maintenance Service & Ongoing Support
Keep your site secure, up to date, and running smoothly, long after launch day.
A Website Maintenance Service That Catches Problems Before Your Customers Do
A website isn't finished the day it goes live. Software falls out of date, security issues build up, and small faults left alone become downtime. We take on updates, backups, security checks and support for sites we built and sites we did not. Monitoring reduces the chance a customer sees a problem first. It does not catch every fault.
What We Do
Our website maintenance and support covers the work in your monthly plan, from routine updates through to fault fixing when something goes wrong. Rebuilds and new features sit outside that plan.
Outdated plugins, themes, and core software are a common cause of a broken or vulnerable website. WordPress is the platform we maintain most often, and we manage WordPress updates as standard. We also maintain Shopify. Other platforms, including Drupal or Magento, only after an audit of what is there.
Hosting and maintenance work best together. We can host your website alongside maintaining it, giving you one point of contact and one team accountable for how your site performs, rather than juggling separate suppliers and pointing fingers when something goes wrong.
We run security checks and take regular backups, so if something does go wrong, a hack, a bad update, or human error, restore is possible to the last good backup. We will tell you the backup frequency and the restore point.
Things break. When they do, we diagnose and fix errors, broken pages, or technical issues that sit inside the agreed plan. Work outside the plan is quoted separately.
Ecommerce sites carry extra risk, since downtime or checkout errors cost you sales directly, often without warning. Our ecommerce website maintenance covers platforms including WooCommerce and Shopify, with particular attention to payment and checkout functionality. How We Do It
We start with an audit of your existing site, however it was built and whoever built it, so we understand what we're maintaining before agreeing a plan. Routine tasks run on a set schedule. Monitoring and support run in the background. Response times belong in the plan.
- Audit: we review your current site, hosting, and any existing issues
- Plan: we agree a written maintenance schedule, scope, and how we respond when something breaks
- Maintain: we handle updates, backups, and monitoring on an ongoing basis
- Support: we're on hand to fix issues quickly when something does go wrong
Why Us
A Website Maintenance Agency That Actually Responds
Slow response times defeat the point of a maintenance plan. Response times are written into the plan, so a broken page or checkout error has a named person and an agreed window.
Monthly Plans Built Around You
Not every site needs the same level of support. Our monthly maintenance plans are scaled to your site's size and complexity, rather than a single, one size fits all package.
UK Wide Support
Based in Surrey, we support websites for businesses across the UK, combining local accountability with the flexibility to work with clients anywhere, in person or remotely.
One Team, From Build to Ongoing Support
If we've built your site, or even if we haven't, we can take on ongoing maintenance without the usual handover friction, including for campaign specific pages built through our landing page service.

The Impact Of Regular Website Maintenance
Regular maintenance reduces the chance of downtime, failed checkouts and unpatched software. It also keeps a restore point. It does not mean customers will never see a problem first. It means there is a person accountable, and a backup to restore from, when they do. Unmaintained software also drags on page speed and SEO, which undoes work your marketing team is paying for elsewhere.
Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly cost depends on platform, size, and how much support you need. We agree the price against a written scope before the plan starts.
Typically software and plugin updates, security checks, backups, and fault fixing inside the plan. The exact list is in the scope. New pages, redesigns and feature work are not included unless they are written in.
Most sites need checking at least monthly, covering updates and backups, though security monitoring should run continuously rather than on a fixed schedule.
Websites aren't finished at launch. Without ongoing maintenance, software falls out of date, security vulnerabilities build up, and small issues can turn into costly downtime.
If your website is important to your business, yes. Ongoing support means there is a plan and a person to call, rather than discovering problems after they have already cost you sales.
Monthly maintenance keeps your site secure, fast, and reliable, while giving you a consistent point of contact for updates and fixes, rather than starting from scratch with a new supplier each time.
Yes. We regularly take on maintenance for existing websites we didn't originally build, starting with an audit so we understand what's there before making changes.
It depends on the package. We offer both, so you can choose maintenance alone or combine it with hosting for a single, joined up service.
Hosting is the server your website lives on, while maintenance is the ongoing work of keeping it updated, secure, and running smoothly. You need both, but they're not the same thing.
Routine maintenance tasks are usually quick, but the point of an ongoing plan is that it runs continuously in the background, rather than being a one off block of time.
Yes. We maintain ecommerce websites built on WooCommerce and Shopify, with particular attention to checkout and payment functionality. Other platforms after an audit.
Yes. WordPress updates, plugin management, and security checks are core parts of our website maintenance service. We provide the same for Shopify. Other platforms after an audit.
If uptime checks are in the plan, we investigate and work to get the site back. Restore is to the last good backup. Hours and response times are in the plan.
Yes. Fixing errors and technical issues inside the agreed plan is included. Rebuilds, new features, and work outside the plan are quoted separately.
Yes. Regular backups are included as standard, so your site can be restored to the last good backup if something goes wrong.
Small performance work can sit inside a plan if it is written in. Caching, image work and larger performance jobs are scoped separately so they do not swallow the monthly hours.
Look for clear, upfront pricing, responsive support, and a company who can show they understand your platform, whether that's WordPress, Shopify, or something else.
